The Molding Materials :
Intertech is a plastic injection mold company and moulding factory in Taiwan, the moulding material we manage mostly includes ABS, PC, PP, PMMA, PA6, PA66, POM..etc.Intertech is a plastic injection mould factory in Taiwan.
- The plastic mold steel we manage: mostly is with P20, H13, 420 stainless steel, 100% imports from German and Japan.
- The technical type of plastic mold we manage: mostly with forced ejection, two plate mold, three plate mold, automatic drop mold, fast cycle mold and high speed mold.
Intertech is based 100% in Taiwan with more than 30 years experience. We help customer to make customized plastic injection mold, particularly in the material of high quality steel purely imports from German and Japan. We commonly use mold steel such as P20 (1.2311), H13 (1.2344) and Starvax 420 (stainless steel), and with simple maintenance, all these tools can run min. 200000 ~ 1000000 shots under ideal operational condition.Customer can send us their appointed plastic material for our plastic moulding assignment. Or we can search the equivalent grade of plastic moulding material available locally to complete our moulding assignment.
Our Molding Machine Capacity:
As a plastic molding company , we are the factory with plastic moulding capability of 50-250T machines in house output and 300-3000T machines output in associated party.
Small series plastic moulding and mass prouction plastic moulding job are welcome.
Semi-assembly and fully assembly job are available in our plastic injection mould factory.
Product packing is available, up to customer's requirement.
